| Recent Review: | | Great community.Family atmosophere - very quiet.Part of the condos are rented, while many are owned by individuals.The grounds are well maintained by the Home Owners' Assoc.Maintenance workers are very polite.Rent is very reasonable for this part of town.Each condo has one covered parking spot. |

| Recent Review: | | Not bad considering there is a high crime rate for the area.Grounds are clean and kept up.Inside the apartments they are nice and well kept.Neighbors are starting to get louder inside the apartments and outside walking by as lower class people are starting to move in due to all of the tacky advertising and management change.Maintenance is quick to acknowledge the problem but wait for weeks to actually fix it. Example: Friend has had a water leak in the kitchen for a month and now there is mold with the dripping water but maintenance still puts it off.Parking is nice because it is assigned but usually two to three nights out of the week someone will be in your spot and the office will not do anything about it. A tow company will not come either because they are afraid that they will have to pay for it if the office doesnt sign for it. It's worth living there due to the low payment on rent, the free cable with HBO, assigned parking, and no bills accept electric to pay but I still left with wanting a better place. |

| Recent Review: | | I think we lucked out with our building neighbors, but from the looks of it I wouldn't have wanted to live elsewhere in the complex. The parking is good if you never leave your spot and the fence around the complex is a joke. The management and office staff are always changing, and they all give you different information. Everyone in our building was either moving or waiting to move when we left. They may or maynot fix little things but the real problems receive no attention. We had things stolen off of our patio, but no problems with home or auto break in, we don't have new cars that someone might be interested in and the local crimetracker show plenty of car breakins. You can do alot better for the price they are asking, and beware they will raise the price if you try to renew your lease. |

| Recent Review: | | My original review is below, but I need to make one little change to my review.They are starting to get too pricey.They raised their rent significantly a couple of years ago and are now raising the rent again.Not so much this time, but once you start paying as much as I am you might as well buy a house.Your mortgage will be cheaper than their rent!----------------------------------------I've been at this complex for a little over a year.This has been one of the best apartments I've lived in.The entire staff knows you by name.Everyone greets one another whether you know your neighbor or not.And the complex is fairly quiet.When I first rented my apartment, my lease from my previous apartment wasn't up yet.Since I wasn't actually moving in for a couple of months, they let me keep the gas and electricity in their name.That saved me a few bucks.I also forgot to turn in the punch list for 3 or 4 months.They had no problem with that.There were a few minor problems with the apartment.So minor I didn't expect them to be fixed.The day after I turned in the list they had one of their maintenance guys fixing the problems in my apartment!I've since asked them to fix a couple of other minor things and they immediately sent someone out.The complex is gated.You not only have to drive through the main front gate, but you have to go through a walk through gate as well.It just adds a little security to the complex.The only thing they need to do is periodically change the gate code.There are a few people that know the code and use the place for a free place to park when there are events happening at the Civic Center Music Hall.It also wouldn't hurt if the parking spaces were a little wider.I have a large vehicle and parking underneath the carport is sometimes a challenge.So far I have no plans to move from this place, unless I buy a house.This complex is very nice and the floor plans are laid out very well. |

| Recent Review: | | I'm not so sure anymore.People always walking thru breezeways, talking loud and cussing.Car stereos always loud.Came home the other night to police cars, apparently a drug and weapons bust.The grounds look great, the management is awesome, parking is good.Tell these freaks to go somewhere else.Security do your job please.24 hour security??Need more outdoor lighting. |
