| Recent Review: | | Ladies and Gentlemen:The Park is a beautiful apartment complex.However....there are a lot of problems that many tenants have encountered.While the apartments themselves are great, they have poor insulation and you have to worry about your pipes freezing constantly.If you happen to get a neighbor who smokes just be prepared to inhale a great portion of it because the walls do not block out any of the smoke.Plus there were multiple times the pipes froze during the winter time.In fact three apartments pipes burst on Christmas Eve.While The Park could be one of the elite apartment complexes in Oklahoma City it will never be that way if they do not properly insulate the apartments and have better management of their facilities. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment is roach infested.The landlady's grown kids play loud music, television and video games leading to complaints each and every weekend.There was a shooting there in January.Maintenance is slow if at all.The dishwasher never worked.The doors were not cleaned before being varnished and were still tacky and sticky after six months.Stove vent was totally covered with grease, replaced after complaints because it could not be cleaned.Light at top of stairs never worked and they did not know how to replace it.Excellent starter place for a homeless person or bum.Other than that it is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here since Nov. 2002 & just signed a new lease for another year,When I have maintance problems,they are usually here the same day or next. I do feel safer living here as well as any other place cause of the home alarm they have here. I have recommended my apts to friends. The rent is reasonable. Everything works. Personally,when I see cops around here,its the apts around Wilshire they are at,not Wilshire & yes,I get out dailey. |

| Recent Review: | | I've been here since the middle of June and I must say that I was somewhat disappointed at the time. However, with the new owner and new management, maintenance has gotten better. The grounds have improved immensely and I have seen work going on at the fitness center! I can't wait for the indoor basketball court!! |
