| Recent Review: | | Over more than 10 years, I have had to repair or have someone repair the following because I could not achieve repairs from the Apartment maintenance staff.1.Broken second floor wooden steps.2.Malfunctioning electric fan and switch in dinette.3.Leaking faucet in kitchen sink.4.Leaking toilet in 2second bath.5.Leaking tub faucet in master bath.6.Broken window lock on second floor landing.There is more, but this should be enough to get someones attention. |

| Recent Review: | | This complex is better known as Ghetto Creek.I can guarantee you that your car and/or apartment will be broken into at some point if you live at these apartments (especially if you have a halfway decent car or stereo).My car had the window broke out while I lived there.People steal your clothes from the ghetto laundry rooms.It's been a few years since I lived there but I'm sure it's gotten worse.I'm sure now it's infested will all kinds of ghetto rats!Find somewhere else to live before even thinking about moving into this slum. |

| Recent Review: | | at the current rate, apartment is o.k; have lived here 5 years and improvements have been made;however, it's still a very busy neighborhood with the addition of the new DirectTV call center wthin 100 feet of my front door.Buyer Beware.Also, there's a retirement complex to the east of Cedar Lane which results in Ambulance/Firetruck runs 24/7.Sad, but honest.Landascaping is major plus.Beautiful oasis in East Tulsa;However, under new Apt. Manager, which could lead to issues. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived there for a year...Yea..no..seriously...find somewhere else to live... I had 3 leaks in a months time...And it took them weeks and weeks just to clean up the mess they made..ANd they used MY towels to clean it up!!The front looks nice and clean,but the apartments themselves are dirty,smelly, and run down.Find somewhere else to live people! |

| Recent Review: | | When I first moved in a couple of years ago it was ghetto. The management let whoever just move into these apartments. We got new managment and things got better. Just recently our management changed again. They started letting more ghetto people in only alot worse this time and car break ins are happening again. I'm so sick of this crap. And tired of living in the ghetto. People need to get an honest living or get used to being broke I am sick and tired of having my car broken into because others are to ghetto to get a real job. Do Not move here this place sucks. |

| Recent Review: | | First apartment that I lived in when moving to Tulsa as a college student.Lived there for three years because it was cheap but wasn't happy for a minute of it.BROWN RECLUSE spiders EVERYWHERE!!!I found two dead snakes in front of our door.Twice found our cat playing with smaller tarantulas that came in under the door AFTER I they had supposedly put new trim around it.OLD ass appliances.Maintenance was good for the first two years and then Ray left, all went to hell after that.Staff was made up of primarly assholes.Heidi blew you off 95% of the time if you had a problem.My girlfriend did not feel safe at all.People would follow her to our apartment.This place is the GHETTO of white trash people.Drugs everywhere.Best decision of my life was to move out of that place.I still look back and get chills thinking about it.If you want somewhere cheap to live and you like cheap things, then this is the place.I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!MY rating: -10 |
