| Recent Review: | | Hunter's Creek lacks in just about every area. The maintenance is horrible, slow, and sometimes they don't respond at all to complaints. They often give excuses for slow response, usually they say the person who was going to fix the problem is out of town, it's kind of hard to believe the same guy is out of town every week. The office staff complains about problems and does not submit work orders correctly. Apartment was dirty and not fully cleaned before we moved in. |

| Recent Review: | | I only lived here for 3 months during 2002 because of a special lease I worked out with the office for a summer job, but I enjoyed my stay here. The apt was nice and big and the rent was decently priced. The laundry room left something to be desired, and the location is right on the borderline between good and bad areas, but I never experienced any crime. The people living in the complex were country-bred, but definitely friendly and fun. The stairs leading up to my apt were rather rickety, so be careful there. Overall it was nice. |

| Recent Review: | | My wife and I lived in this place for about 2 years.I think it's one of the better apartment communities in South Tulsa.The only bad thing is that it is close to the ghetto (61st and Peoria area).But, you'll be happy to know that the ghetto is just north of you on Peoria.If you like watching police helicopters flying over your apartment a lot (like myself), you'll enjoy the fabulous Lincoln Glens community.The apartments themselves aren't too bad on the inside, but could use a little updating.We lived on the third floor and close to the pool (sometime noisy during the summer months).All in all, it wasn't that bad of a place to live.We never had problems with vandalism or theft.It seemed like it was getting more runned-down when we were moving out.Eventually, it will also probably fall into the hands of the ghetto runts...The management was not very friendly as well (probably like most apartment complexes).Most of those chicks are friendly until you sign a lease and then it's "What the heck is your problem anyway" type attitude. |

| Recent Review: | | The Pomeroy Apartments have one of the best floor plans that you could ask for.All of the sqare feet in the apartments are livable space and not used up in hall space with limited actual room.The apts. are in a great location. They are close to every thing you might need with in walking distance.That is the only good points of the apartments.These are awfull to live in.First of all the buildings are mold infested.All the tenants are fighting allergies.Second the carpets are a nightmare to clean.For some reason every time they are vaccumed the fibers shed out.Not just a few fibers but so much the vaccume cleaners clogg up.Not just my apartment but several others tenants have the same complaint.The laundry rooms are so nasty that you have to clean the crude of the machines before ever thinking about washing clothes.That is when the laundry room is unlocked.The outside grounds are also very unkept.Always trash, dirty diapers, condoms, and old used furniture thrown out on the grounds.The crime is very high and the drugs and the prostites run freely thru the grounds.The air conditions and the heaters are also regulated by the managers.They are turned on in the months that managment think we need them not when we want comfort.This place is not kid friendly.The kids have no place to play except in the street.This place gets two thumbs down!!!Pass this one up |

| Recent Review: | | They do not return phone calls.Get notices of unpaid bills when it isn't true and they blame it on a computer glitch.Close office during normal business hours for hoilday but don't inform tents properly and well in advance.Supervisor chastise employee infront of me in a tone that is of a parent. |

| Recent Review: | | The worst apartment I have ever lived in any country. The office staff is not at all friendly, they will not listen to the tenants problems but they are very keen on how to collect money from the tenant for no reason, for example, suddenly you will get a notice that you need to pay $40 more with your rent. And most of the time, they don't keep the check in a safe place, they will misplace it and you will get a notice for late rent with fine etc. Then you need to go to the office and tell them the date and the check number to search for the check. This happened to me 3 times in a row. The AC/Heater will not work properly. The maintanance guys will say that it is a old AC/Heater and this is the maximum ouput from it. And the AC/Heater and electricity bill will be more than $100 a month. The water bill is calculated not by the how much water you used, it is calculated as follows, the total water usuage of the apartment complex(450 units) divided by the number of units occupied. So even if you are out of town for 15 days, you will pay the same or even more for water. Each person in the office will tell you different rules about lease. They are not on the same page for anything. And the most important thing is, they will not keep up there word. They will blindly tell you that, they never told you or promised you such a thing. If you add or remove a person from the lease, that will never be updated in the computer. All the notice or even the lease document in the computer will show only the old tenant and not the new one. Do not ever live in this apartment at all. |

| Recent Review: | | If you drive anything bigger than a Mazda Miata, you won't be able to open you door without hitting the car next to you.The parking spaces are way too fricken small!!!You'd think they could make them a little bigger.If you have a 1st or 2nd floor apartment, prepare to have the neighbor's cigarette ashes (crap) all over you balcony...extra nice!The apartments are pretty nice inside but we are sick of listening to people upstairs walking around and their kids running around like retards (typical apartment life I guess).Can't wait util we get into our own house!!!Apartment life sucks a$$!!! |
