| Recent Review: | | South Glen located just south of I-44 and 51st Street in Tulsa.The area is pretty good. There is a school, daycare, and a few mini shopping centers. It is on the bus line that goes downtown to other lines.The management team is fair. Those are the pros.The cons are:There is some type of sewage/water problem at this development. Maintence seems to operate on a schedule that is out of this world. In other words, to suite themselves. They are nonchalant attitude about the property and their customer service skills is much to be desired. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved to Tulsa from Ohio, a huge move for me.The management staff, especially Patty were very considerate and helpful.The apartments are very nice inside and covered parking is offered to each resident.The apartments are well up-kept and worth the money.My only complaint would be the condition of the parking lot, although a big lot, there are many places that need repaired (I imagine the damage is a result of Tulsa's extreme summer heat and winter cold).The rooms are very large and washer and dryers are included.I looked at over 12 apartments when I moved and this was the only one where management was sincere and helpful.Also the only apartments in good condition and in a safe area.There is parking for one car that is covered all other cars park in an open lot, I think that is more than fair because you have an assigned spot and if someone takes your spot the office is quick to elleviate the problem. |

| Recent Review: | | I have not experienced noise from the pool area or poor landscaping.I love my apartment and all of the amenities. The negatives are lack of parking in some areas, residents who do not pick up after their pets and noise from car stereos of incoming/outgoing cars.Management has responded well to these complaints, but some people are too rude to co-exist with other humans.These apartments are also a great value for the price.I wish they were a bit more exclusive. |

| Recent Review: | | i lived in sugerberry for 6months and the first couple months i liked it but then the trouble startedfirst it took 5 calls for them to fix the ant problem in my kitchenthen after lots for rain from a storm the celling in the master bedroom started leakin and they said they couldnt not come out that night it would have 2 wait tell morning(as it wuz leakin over over my belings) and that took 2 more calls for them 2 come out and after it got fixed they said they were goin 2 come back and repaint/texture the celling... never happend, theyn the tolit stopped up(and im on the 2nd floor) and once again |

| Recent Review: | | If you're into location, you'll love Sundance Apartments. They are located right next to the river at 31st and Riverside Drive. Convenience is a plus for this apartment with grocery stores, public library, river parks, downtown access, highway access, and the famous Brookside area all within a 5 minute drive.The prices are fair. The manager is great. But the other staff change so often it is hard to talk to someone about a recurring problem. Maintenence is slower than a mule with one leg. The security gates are nice..... when they work.If you're into have a nice pool then you might try somewhere else. Sundance's pool is very small. A single small group of people can easily |

| Recent Review: | | This complex is advertised as an upscale gated apartment community. What you really get is creepy maintenance men going into your apartment with out notice and most of your deposit is taken just becasue they can. You will be told that no one is to go into your apartment without giving you a notice the day before. This is not the case! I came home one evening and my door was wide open because the maintenance man did not shut the door properly. When I asked the manager about this he said no one had been in the apartment. The maintenace later told me that he ran out of notes.Just when you think you have done everything to get your apartment deposit back, think again. They will charge you everything from a small hairline crack in the floor to bigger damage that was not there when you left.I would not recommend single females to live at this complex. You will feel unsafe and the management will take advantage of you because they think you dont know any better. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment complex is really bad.When we first moved in they hadn't hung the closet doors.The door for the room I put my son in had and still has 2 wholes in it.Our apartment flooded 3 times with in 2 months.I still haven't gotten them to come out and replace the tile from one of the floods.The refrigerator has broken shelfs.The toilet isn't completely sealed to the ground so there is water gathering behind it.The parking isn't great either.Also our bedroom window doesn't fit right so there is cold air that leaks through.The repair guy claims the window needs to be replaced but they have never came back out to do it.All in all it is a really bad place to live. |
