| Recent Review: | | Very nice apartments for a great price.We had short-term needs only for the summer and they accomodated us nicely.We signed a lease without ever seeing the place and we were pleasantly surprised by the nice grounds, brand new carpet and painting in the apartment, and good neighbors.There is one assigned parking spot but not much more room for a second car.There is a small amount of storage and the management knew my name and were very helpful and friendly.Their clubhouse is nice and the pool and spa are kept up very well.They also repainted all the outsides of the buildings and it looks great.All in all, it was a great place to live.Close enough to grocery stores and also very close to a great berry picking farm. :)yummy!I would recommend. |

| Recent Review: | | Lived here for over 3 years now. Management is friendly and takes care of issues promptly. 3 pools and laundry rooms are clean and well maintained. Neighboors are generally quiet and friendly. Eastern border of property is Greenway Park with miles and miles of running paths, sports fields, and new playgrounds. Room for small gardens on ground level units. Units are older but always painted and the carpets cleaned for new residents. |

| Recent Review: | | I like the size.Good location. Rent is okay on prices around area. Max train is very close. Wish the gargaes were closer to apt. Over all it a nice place to live but you have to havean alarm on your car .. crime is a big one.. But then itsnt everywhere you look? Thumbs up... |

| Recent Review: | | They say they don't allow pets but there are cats all over the place trying to get in your apt and jumping on the cars. The patios are junk. Service is terrible. Neighbors are really noisy. The office is somewhere else, and when you call there isn't anybody to take it, the answering machine is their best friend. You feel like there isn't really anybody to help you when you have a problem. |

| Recent Review: | | manager and a few of the staff are friendly and willing to help, management company(GSL) is not. maintenence staff(except 1)is unfriendly and not knowledgable.disease on trees and plants is rampant, as well as ants,wasps,moldmildew,rotten wood,laundry rooms are dirty,with foul odor, dryers drip water.problems are 'band-aided' rather than fixed to prevent further problems.this apt was filthy upon move-in. |
