| Recent Review: | | This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a property management company. The manager (Shawntel) applied our rental referal bonus to cover an accounting error and then continually harassed me because i asked that she follow the company's referal policy and apply the credit as I asked. I was one day late on my rent and recieved an eviction notice. I have talked to many previous and current tenants and all have had bad experiences here. I would not live here even if they gave me free rent for life. |

| Recent Review: | | Not a great place to live.Although my overall experience was okay, I ended up paying a lot and not getting a whole lot.They screw you at move-out with cleaning charges.The parking situation is also really bad because everyone uses their garages for storage so you wind up parking really far away from your apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | The management is very intimidating and arrogant. My neighbours feel the same way about the management. They prmimse a bunch of changes but hardly put it in practice. For the past 2 years that i have been living here there have been atleast 5 robberies next to my apartment. I'm getting out once my lease is over. |
