| Recent Review: | | 4 management companies in 5 years.Security problems and inconsistant management policies has resulted in many empty apartments.The apartment is nice, very nice grounds with basketball and playground, a well as pool,etc.Unfortunately, maintainance has suffered.Due to security problems, laundry closes at 10 and many machines are often broken down following vandalism problems.Mail bozes have been broken into on 2 seperate occasions.Water is billed through a Florida company, which does not give usuage information, and often bills late. |

| Recent Review: | | Apartments not cleaned upon move-in, rugs dirty, some appliances uncleaned, bathrooms dirty, management unresponsive and hostile to issues brought forward, grounds heavily sprayed with herbicides frequently - arbitrary & changeable policies made by on-site managersadvertising for Rental Referral Fees, up to $400.00 of Non-Refundable Administrative Fees tacked on tosome lease agreements.Positive attributes are good sound barriers between apartment units, pets allowed, scenic landscaping, next to park. |

| Recent Review: | | We have lived in these apartments for some time now and think we have lived here long enough to tell the honest truth.The noise is awful.Nobody picks up after their pets, so you have landmines all over.They use to have a playground for the children, but that was tore down with the promise of a bigger better rebuild.The site is still bearen.The pool is closed more during the summer than it is open.Parking is absolutely ridiculous.Their are so many cops constantly on premises for one reason or another.We have had problems that needed fixed, and they went without.Complete disappointment for the LUXURY apartments they claim to be.The price is to high, but they are nicely located and close to schools, shopping etc. |
