Recent Review:If your considering this apartment complex, I wouldn't even waste your time reading further and move on to your next in line interest. I can assure you that your other choices will be better. I lived at this complex 3 years ago when it was a nice community to live in. I moved back about 14 months ago. I have had over 30 work orders in my apartment, most of which were repeat issues. The maintenance is entirely incompetent when it comes to solving any kind of problem. Example, my sink was leaking and it took 4 times to get it fixed and mold had formed under my sink from it. The maintenance tried lying to me and saying that it was mold, but come on, a round black spots that continues to get larger in size...what else could it be?? Also, the bedroom thermostats never worked all winter several attempts to fix that. The sliding doors have never worked to our washer and dryer. On to the major problem, the management. I wouldnt really call them managers, more along the lines of used car salesmen. Metaphorically speaking, they just tell you everything you want to hear so they can make their own pockets fatter. They enforce absolutely no noise policy and will go as far as breaking their own "3 strikes your out" policy in the rental agreement so that they don't have to enforce the rules. My neighbors have extremely loud parties every weekend and the management finds it "hard to sympathize" with us or "can't understand" how several people getting together drinking and playing loud music and partying would be noisy to a neighbor. They break their policy by suggesting to move the people or yourself into a new apartment...at your own expense to avoid being managers! They also one day decided to shuffle everyone's parking around. They did a horrible job. All of my neighbors moved closer, while we were moved in front of a building that we don't even live in.Theall year roundpool, has ducks swimming in it, and actually is no where near a comfortable swimming temperature same with the hot tub, which unless you like sitting in there with large groups of drunken idiots, I wouldnt advise it. Thats another non-enforced policy. Not to mention the piles of dog poop all over the place that management makes maintenance clean up vs. the tenants with dogs. The bottom line is that I see an awful lot of empty spots and apartments, and its no wonder why, because people could find the same lifestyle if not better for about half the price. Were moving at the first opportunity!

Recent Review:well the price here in oregon is pretty bad and i guess for the living expenses these apartments are pretty good. they are kinda cheap but i guess thats what you can expect for these old apartments the maintenance guys are sometimes moody but i guess it comes with the territory. and the managers have been pretty nice. only downside is the carpets are all white or off white
3. Orenco Gardens
6199 Ne Alder St
Hillsboro  OR, 97124

Recent Review:I love the layout and style of the Orenco Gardens apartments, but the managment is terrible. The trash is always overflowing and the people who live below me scream and fight at all hours of the night. The police have even been down there and they dragged away some girl screaming in just her underwear.I talked to the property manager, and she made no sense. There is also a VERY high turnover rate with the staff. It looks much better than it actually is.If you don't mind noise, poor managment and a constant changing staff this is the place you want to live.

Recent Review:Great neighbors!Everything is superb, except we now need a 6-month lease, and cannot do that here.We need to move in 6 months to east coast, where my parents live.
5. Palladia
2615 Nw 194th Ter
Hillsboro  OR, 97124

Recent Review:To be brief:The buildings are made of wood, and have little insulation.Noise echoes from one apartment to the next. The summers are hot and winters cold.Worst of all, you will need to negotiate for your rent fee.Do not move here if you are in a hurry.Though, if you have time and the will to bargain with the management, you may (possibly) secure an average monthly rent.

Recent Review:Very nice apartments, once the construction is finished. Nice management, always fix things on time. We're right by the pool and they keep things quiet, which is good too. Not far from MAX station which is good for us.
