| Recent Review: | | Oue apartment is clean and the grounds are well-kept. However, we have found something that has become a major problem to us is the neighborhood cats. The the manager will not keep the cats (there is a "no-cats policy") under control and the local kitties are using our flower bed right next to our front door as a litter box. The smell is HORRIBLE! We have asked for this problem to be resolved since last summer!! They have trapped the cats but then they release the cats they have caught. They have not solved the problem in a year. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in this complex for almost 9 years.A few years ago, we lost an onsute manager (of 20 years duration) due to death.New managers were assigned.They are not on the property, as was the former manager.Since that event took place, many people of various life styles have moved in, left, been evicted.There is and has been domestic violence and unrest among several of these tenants, even existing tenants of long-time duration. Several of us have noted that the new managers do not draw good tenants.The property management company does not react well to tenant concerns.They are extremely defensive, run the property on the basis of hearsay, and are not willing to work with tenant concerns.I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wishes to converse with management and expect an informational and pleasant response when there are tenant situations that are distressful. |

| Recent Review: | | The complex is run by people under 25 years of age, that prefer to be smoking out side the office, than answer the phone.They do not allow dogs according to there add, but there is a number of dogs on the premisis that are very aggressive, and off leash(against the law in oregon).The managment will never return your phone calls when you have a complaint.There emergency maintance crew never have called us back after calling four times.The walls of this place are so thing, you get to listen to all the white trash people above you and next to all night long.There are gang members that live in the complex, that are selling drugs in front of the managment office.They claim to have great security, but have been here for five months, still haven't seen them.I could go on and on.But take my addvice, this place should be condemd. |
