| Recent Review: | | Kitchen has very poor craftsmanship. Many repairs done half ass.We have had no smoke detectors for 3 months. window leaks in second bedroom. no water pressure in bathroom sink. Doors dont fit properly in bedrooms. Hole in kitchen wall where a fan once was. |

| Recent Review: | | When we first moved in, we got a brand new carpet.That was great, but the kitchen tile was old and has burn marks and is permanetly stained so it always looks dirty. One bedroom was not even painted, so we ended up painting it out of our own pocket.Two screens are missing from one bedroom and the kitchen and have yet to be replaced.When we first moved in the place was kept clean.Now, I have a garbage pile under the stair well that I have to pass everyday to get to my apartment. (bottom floor).Requests have been made last year to have it cleaned up, but still the mess remains.To add to this great review, a neighbor has made complaints about Mold inside some of the apartments, and yet I believe, still nothing is being done about it.Great Place!.Not!But when you are of low income does that mean you have to live as if you are in a dumpster?Not if you pay your rent every month on time.Try finding out more information, before moving in here. |

| Recent Review: | | This is the worst place to live because there isn't any apartments that are handicapped livable for people that have wheel chairs! also the manager doesn't care if other people park in the handicapped parking area that aren'thandicapped! and also the manger of newellcreek has not cleaned and repaired the water damage in the apartments of 128 and 228 and 328 that need wallls taken down because the mold is that bad! there where nieghbors on the third floor that moved out in october and did not report that they had a really bad leak! so when my other neighbors tried toreport it the manager said that he and the maintance guy will get to it! and all the manager did was give my two nieghbors in 228 and 128 humidmifers for the mold! but the mold is soo bad! that these people have to move because the manager and Gaurdian managementand Northwest Alternative Housing is not doing anything!and seven other nieghbors have told me that they also have black mold and green mold and yellow mold in the wood just like in the apartments in 128 and 328 and 228! all of these families have gotten really sick as well as there children! and the manager here at Newellcreek Villiage and the property Managers at Gaurdian Management and the owners who are Northwest Alternative HousingARE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE TO MAKE IT A SAFER AND HEALTHER PLACE TO LIVE! |
