| Recent Review: | | Avoid this Complex.They have been going through an extensive remodel.They keep tenants deposits and even Bill for more in order to pay for the costs of their remodel.They are "Pet Friendly" but will put you in a unit with junk carpets, knowing full well that you can't prove it after you move out.They try to charge for full replacement rather than the 7 year prorate as required by law.YOu will need a lawyer if you rent here. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at Lancaster Commons and found the staff to be very responsive.The office staff are all friendly and really went out of their way for me.The maintenance staff were always prompt and very friendly.The apartments are roomy, well laid out and quiet.Location is great, close to everything.I would recommend this complex to any one who wants to be treated well by the staff. |

| Recent Review: | | Minto Park apartments overlooking minto brown park are a small safe complex built in the last 8 years. mostly young families and quiet students live here and there is parking for 2 cars each, 1 covered. This was my first apartment, but I shopped around a lot and found this to be a very convenient location, less than 5 minutes from downtown, just off s. commercial street and less then 10 minutes from Willamette university. Gas appliances are nice, as is the cozy fireplace. Plenty of storage and amenities. No fitness center, but nice landlords. |
