| Recent Review: | | The apartment complex is older but still in great shape.The pool and hot tub are always clean and well kept.The grounds are covered with trees and the complex sits atop a hill that overlooks highway 99.The complex is fairly quiet.Unfortunately, the complex is overpriced.Not only do you pay monthly rent of 650 or above for a 2 bdrm apartment, but you also pay for water/sewer and garbage, which can run you up to 60 dollars extra every month.The apartments themselves are spacious and come with a jacuzzi tub in the guest bathroom.The kitchen is adequate.The oven only contains one oven rack and there is only one large burner on the stovetop. There is sufficient cabinet and counter space and the kithen overlooks the dining room, which opens it up.The carpeting needs replaced, but the new owners assure me that it will get taken care of.The new owners are also trying to beautify the grounds and keep up on maintenance.They seem to be getting things in order.All over it is a good place to live, if you can afford it. |
