| Recent Review: | | What ever you do...DO NOT LIVE HERE! The apartments are full of mold, run down and the criminal activity is rediculous. They have had sex offenders living here and drive by shootings. The managers are incompetent. The grouds are unkept. The maintenance guys are dumber than doornails. Hooked up our dishwasher without attaching the drain hose. The list goes on and on. I have a new web site at http://www.ghettocreek.com or http://www.bouldercreekapartments.comI will list hundreds of emails from other residents, a full police report of the activity at this apartment complex and pictures of the complex and how bad it really is! |

| Recent Review: | | Do not waste your money moving in I lived there for 1 1/2 years and everything has been broken and ittakes them months to do it in fact I had my glass closet door fall on me a month after I moved in and it is still not fixed even after I gave them permission to come in when nobody was home. I recently just put my 30 day notice in on 5-5-05 and they just called me and told me that I never did because I didn't sign anything when they never gave me anything to sign and now they want to charge me 630.00 and 200.00 and another charge for something. Then my husband called to talk to them and they gave them a totally different story saying I told them that I forgot to give it to them.They will try to SCREW YOU please don't move in |

| Recent Review: | | After nearly 4 years in the same apartment, my husband and I have many more positive comments than negative about Canyon Creek.The complex is attractive and well maintained.The apartment has a nice layout and a large deck with storage.Inside storage is a bit tight, especially w/o a pantry in the kitchen and w/o a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.The few times we have had maintenance issues, someone has come within a day or two and always fixed the problem.Management is very friendly and seems to take pride in knowing the tenants.You can get parking close to your apartment for one vehicle, but overflow and guest parking are not conveniently located for most units.We really enjoy living at Canyon Creek. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in Wilsonville Summit apartments for almost 2 1/2 years.The apartments are very nice and roomy and when the apartments first opened for rental the management was very nice and the quality of people at the apartments was very nice.As time went by the first management company left Wilsonville Summit and a new management company came in.The new management company is all about keeping the place full and it doesn't seem like they care too much who they rent an apartment to just as long as they make money.So now you find yourself paying $900.00 per month for an apartment and still getting to live with the same class of people who live at the $600.00 apartments.The management is terrible and they will charge you every single penny they say you owe them if you try to break a lease with them.So to summarize, at first it was a great place but the new management company is terrible, awful customer service.They have turned a great place to live into a place just to any other rental, too bad really.Do NOT rent here, I left them.Good luck if you decide you want to rent here. |
