| Recent Review: | | Some people have had a bad experience with mgmt, but I have not.They have always been friendly and courteous to me and the maintenance staff are friendly and respond in a timely mannger.It's really quiet there, and I'm staying another year. The landscaping and grounds are in good condition. Even though the outer doors are unlocked, I am safe. Everyone has to be careful no matter where you live.The outdoor lighting is one area I would improve, but I have no other complaints.In the past two years, they replaced all windows and sliding glass doors. The Phase II building which I live in is in very good shape and is a VERY pleasant place to live! |

| Recent Review: | | In the year that I lived there the Police were at the apt. building 4 seperate times in 4 seperate months (that I know about) (on two of those occasions they were there multiple times in one night)College age boys play football constantly in parking lot and hit other tentants cars with the football - management would not do anything to stop it.Excessive noise from other tenants apartments - loud television, music and fighting -again mgmt would not do anything.Small kids ride bikes in the parking lot causing cars entering the lot to stop to avoid hitting them.Heating units do not work properly causing excessive electric billsHallways, stairwells and elevators smell.Management avoids complaint callsThese are just a few - many other problems with this apartment building - not enough space to write |
