| Recent Review: | | I saw the complaint for Main Line Village on here and I definetly haven't been having the same experience.I've lived at Main Line Village for just under a year and I am satisfied with the service so far.One of the female managing agents has been really helpful, and I'm writing to put in a good word for her.When it rained heavily, my apartment flooded, but she dealt with it impeccably.Maintnence came and dried out my apartment, and even replaced the hardwood floor.They respond to my calls and pages fast, and they are always straightforward with me.The apartment itself is really cute and kept up.We even have our own courtyard. |

| Recent Review: | | My roomate and I moved in to the Village almost three years ago, the agent offered us a new kitchen, we never realized how disrupted our lives would be for a couple of weeks. Our rental agent, paid for a cleaning service even gave us a dinner out. Most importantly everyday he would check our apartment. What a perfectionist. Everything worked out but there were some touch and go moments. I hear all the apartments have new kitchens now. My roomate got a new job in Boston and now I am in my 4th year, except from a two bedroom I am now in a one bedroom and such is life. |

| Recent Review: | | Old building, drafty windows.Electric bill gets spendy just to keep the place somewhat warm.Carpet was filthy upon moving in.Bathroom is too small.Rent is pricey for what you get.Maintenance is a joke.Not only do they not respond to requests, they also do not remove snow on the sidewalk leading up the building.Parking is a nightmare.If you do not obtain a permit, street parking is very limited and you'll soon learn that the other residents don't care if they hit your car when they move their's.Overall I would not recommend this location to anyone.You can find better places in equally good locations without the hassles of this place. |
