| Recent Review: | | We have been here for almost 5 years now and just love this building.The apartments have so much more character than any apartment I have ever been in- high ceilings, nice archways, beautiful hardwood floors.The location is the ultimate!You can walk to nearby conveniences, take a bus into the city in 15 minutes and so much more.My major complaint is that I wish we had a dishwasher and washer/dryer in our unit- but for the price we are paying (great price) what should I expect.It sometimes gets quite hot in our apt. when the heat is on and we have to open windows in the middle of winter.This place is great and I highly recommend it! |

| Recent Review: | | Where to begin...we moved in to warpped hard wood floors, the roof has leaked four times, there was a squirrel in the wall, we had cock roaches, the electricall shorts out if too many things are plugged in...we stayed b/c management changed and we thought it would get better. It hasn't...I can't wait to get out of there!!!!! |
