| Recent Review: | | this is a horrible place to live. $500 1br/600 2br. i saw 2 dead bodied drug out of their apt. Cars are always being broken into. someone tried to and almost did break into my apt. there was a rape of a 12 yr old girl behind one of the buildings. they have old appliances and the tiles keep coming out on the bathroom floors. i can feel holes in the floor when i am walking on my carpet. mildew all around the rotting windows. there is never a place to park we have to park until there is no room to fit a car through. during the big snow storm last year(a few ft), they did not plow, the tenants went out and shoveled their cars out of the lot, there are no regulations regarding snow removal(i called the police).the police had to make it seem like they had to remove the snow in oreder for them to get someone to plow later that night. they did not remove the snow, they just made it take up parking spots that the apartment does not have to spare.after it snows do not go out till spring because they do not salt and it is icy everywhere until it melts, people fall all the time. your car will slide all the way into the street so dont even try your brakes. the insulation is horrible, you can feel the air come in through the slider door and the a/c. with the heat up it is still cold, the breeze from the closed door is not refreshing. when there was a fire in my building i didnt know till it was out bc i was sleeping and the alarm in my apt did not go off (they are supposed to when another alarm in the hall goes off).they paint and put new carpet in and the office manager is very pleasant, maintenace is very quick also. |
