Recent Review: I would reccomend this apt, but with a few warnings first. I don't know about other buildings, but during my tenure there, (I lived in 2 different buildings) 1745 Skyline and 1821 Parkline. I never saw any cockroaches in 1745, but enough to keep my cat busy all day in the 1821 building. They offer everything from a 1 room efficiency to 2-3 bedroom apartments. They were probably very nice a few years ago, but since the colleges Downtown started recommending them as affordable living for students, the upkeep has gone down a bit. If you live in an
