						Recent Review: I think that the apartment is beautiful and well organized on the inside, we love the fireplace, the balcony, and the amount of storage and closet space that we have. They are making serious improvments to the outside grounds to bring them up-to-date.

						Recent Review: This is my first appartment and I'm not very impressed.When I was looking they showed me the deom which as awsome.Once I got into my own place I saw stains on the carpet and it was worn out.I figured no big deal since it was my first place and I'm only 20, I would spill enough that it wasn't worth complaining about.My fridge broke destroying about 250 bucks worth of food.They fixed it promptly but it broke again within weeks.more food down the trash.No cable in any room but living room, so if you want tv in the bedrooms u need to run wires accross the floor or taped to the wall.It looks really bad though.Mintance guys rarely leave a work order when they come and i have no clue that people are in my house until something is missing.My electric bill goes from 40 to 130 bucks a month even though I do the same things every day.Ever since I complained about the bills It has been a concistant 60 bucks.Seems a little odd being that i purposly leave the lights and heat on higher then i used to.The walls are deffently not sound proof.You can't open a closed without the neighbos hearing you.New people moved in aboue me and hit the wall with some furniture and I told the landlord about it and he still hasn't fixed the hole.It makes my place look bad and is embarrisiong to have people over.Rent was 725 when i moved in last year and is arround 900 now for the same thing.The only good thing about the place is the landscaping.
