Recent Review: Home properties rents many of the units to WIDNER UNIVERSITY. On the weekends the complex turns into a drunken party scene. Boom box music @ 3:00 am. The bottles and trash thrown from the cars. Yelling and screaming. They park in all the fire lanes. If a fire breaks out on the weekend, they will need a tow truck first. The electric gate is so loud you must keep your windows closed and run a fan or air conditioner to drown out the noise. Complex used to be nice, quiet, and freindly. Can't wait till lease is up. So long.
