						Recent Review: On the plus side, the community is fine, quiet, close to shopping and the trains.Great location.Maintenance guys are great and take care of problems quickly.On the negative side, landlords hike up the rents beyond reason on a yearly basis and they do this every year.There are tons of bugs and no amount of spraying helps.Loud neighbors.

						Recent Review: I moved from a neigboring community that was over priced and loud.I like it here.It is quiet and the residents are nice.I love how close a I am to the trainstation.It is nice to stand on my balcony and look at the creek and trees.
