| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for almost 1 year now and thank god my lease is about up I will not sign a new lease. I have had problems from day one heat not working, mice in my home, water leaking into my home though the windows and still haven't been fixed. In my spare bedroom there is a Squirrel running around in the attic this has been since I have lived here and no one has done anything about it. I got tired of calling the office I even spoke to the Manager face to face with nothing being done. So I gave up cause I knew that one day my lease would be up and I could go to a much better complex to live... |

| Recent Review: | | DO NOT RENT HERE !!! Apartment was not well cleaned when I moved in. Painting was just touch ups and the dirt on shelves was just painted over. Staples in the woodwork around the windows had just been painted over. The staples should have been a clue as to what the winter was going to be like, COLD ! The windows leaked so badly there was a constant breeze, that is why the staples, they held the plastic to slow down the air flow. When the wind blew the windows rattled so bad it was impossible to sleep well. The outside noise made it impossible to keep a window open. Only one window of three could be opened and only with extreme difficulty. Asking for maintenance to do anything was a task and nothing was ever done right. The windows never were openable. The air conditioner was an antique and didn't cool well, again mainetnance did nothing ! The refigerator was so cheap it cost a lot to run and wasn't good. The manager is another story, he alone is a very good reason not to rent here. |

| Recent Review: | | I was very disappointed when I moved into this apartment. I relocated here from NY and the current manager Kelly was very nice to communicate with. This was until it came time for my husband and I to sign the lease. We drove 4 hours to sign the lease 2 days prior to us moving. We waited over an hour after I called the emergency line to get someone to return to the office.My husband went in to look at our townhouse and it was totally gutted , I chose to have the townhouse renovated prior to moving in. The contractor stated that he would be lucky to have it finished. We arrived and the townhouse appears to be in order, As we walked around the house we noticed multiple things that were wrong...like no cold water in the kitchen. I phoned the emergency line, that accomplished nothing.We turned in a list of about 30 items (seriously) wrong with the house.The arranged for a maintance guy to come and fix some of the items. That was over 1 week ago.Long story short, I have phoned EVERYDAY and have received no responses at all from anyone.The location is great but the housing is not worth even half of what they charge. |
