Parking lot was old and broken up.Cars were vandalized on a regular basis.Finding a spot close to building was tough.I never felt safe walking outside the building at night.

Air conditioner broke and still made strange noises after fixed a few times.

Girl with large upper half was completely rude.I discussed some issues and she basically told me I was getting what I paid for.

Neighbors were always loud and rude.People made loud noises to all hours of night.Seemed like no one worked in the building.

I traveled to parts of Russia where there was no running water in the apartments and the buildings were very old.I felt more comfortable there than in the Rat hole called Hatfield Village.
