| Recent Review: | | Ok, so unless you are a roofer, plumber, carpentar and extrodinarily patient person, Don't move in.Maintenance is somewhat of a joke.The office Manager is not the nicest person in the world...not an ounce of hospitality!The Owner however is a very nice gentleman.He is very level headed and liked by all of the tenants.The apartments in and of themselves are extremely nice.The one bedrooms have a huge walk-in closet, nice sized kitchens, two air conditioners, dishwashers, garbage disposals, large rooms, ample parking and is located in a nice neighborhood.Right next door is McDonalds, Starbucks, Hess Gas station and right across the street is a SuperFresh.What more could you want?The other tenants are amazingly nice.I do enjoy living here, despite the not so responsive maintenance people. |
