| Recent Review: | | Hi, i?ve been living here for a couple years now, and i know the upsides and downsides of the different apartments. Some have problems with parking, others with ethnic food smell, others with dogs, and other problems. If you are looking to move in, I will really help you to make sure you move into a place that will not hate for the next year or so. You can talk with the renting manager and ask which are apartments are available, and i will tell you what are the up-sides and down-sides to each apartment, and which i recommend as the one you should move into. All you have to do is put me as your referrer.I can tell you that the person i dealt with to get my apartment put me through some hell, and i had to pull teeth to get some of my questions answered. With that said, i will also let you know who you should work with and whom you should avoid. Please don?t be afraid to email me, and I will be happy to talk on the phone with you at any time. I would hate to end up in some of these apartments, but since my roommate has lived here before, he?s already experienced some of the downsides of Kingswood Apartments and has ensured we live in a good apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | Don't be fooled by the decieving "luxury" description or even the decieving tour they give you of the only nice building out of the 5 buildings. Ask to see buildings D &E and you will see a totally different world there!! Don't be fooled by the outside look, they ONLY invest in the outside look, and it is rotten from inside! You MIGHT be lucky to get an apartment in the only nice buildings (A,B) which are ofcourse more expensive. Do not on any basis accept apartments in the old buildings. You will for sure regret it.I eventually had to move out a month before my lease was up because my apartment had a rare, dangerous crawling bug that bred unbelievably fast (there was millions of it in the apartment). I had to discard half of my furniture and belongings and had to thoroughly disinfect the rest! Well, the management office could care the less. They had the gut to ask me why I was moving out and if the rent increase (which was $150/month) was an issue!!!I have a million stories to tell on how unprofessional, rude, and lazy people in management, leasing, and maintenance offices were. The leasing agents only smile to people who have not yet signed the lease, but then they start literally screaming at you after that and hanging up on you while talking to them on the phone. One maintenance guy once came in to the apartment without permission and opened the bathroom door while my roommate was changing!! A child can be more effective fixing something than any of the maintenance guys in these apartments. Not to mention that the gated entry and all the false image of security they show you mostly doesn't work. There are always side and back doors open where anyone can enter other than the main entrances. During the 11 months I spent there, I personally witnessed around 10 incidents where there were 4-8 police cars in front of one of the buildings because of some sort of crimes. Most of people who live there are Indians and minorities and their food stunk. Building D had a MAJOR water pipes problem that caused leaks into most of the apartments at the corner facing the back parking lot. The whole time I lived there they were trying to figure it out and never actually did. They stopped water from running a full day almost every week to fix the problem and asked all residents of the building to go to the gym in a different building if we needed the restrooms or to take a shower!! The bathroom ceiling in my roommate's bathroom kept falling on her head because of the very bad leak! They fixed it almost 10 times and it kept falling back down!In short, this experience was my worst nightmare!! Don't move in there even if your life depended on it! I swear living in college dorms has been better than that AND cheaper too!!! |

| Recent Review: | | This place is in a fantastic location, it's close to major highways 422, 76, and the turnpike. It also has a bike trail directly behind it which runs along the Schuylkill River and Perkiomen Creek, perfect for running as well.Apartments are nice, and the staff has been very friendly.A little slow with fixing a leaky faucet, hallways can smell of curry quite often but it never permeates into our apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | very nice apartment.. well maintained... good management. Parking can be a pain in the neck sometimes if you come in late, but overall it is good.Washers and dryers are most of the time not working, and the good ones are always full... |
