| Recent Review: | | These 3br town houses are great.You can get floor plans ranging from 2 story to 4 story units, some even with private 1 car garages.They are a little bit pricy (starting at $1050/mo.), but overall nice units.The neighborhood has a playground for kids, swimming pool (no lifeguard) and fitness center included in rent.I have 2 complaints about these rentals:1. Parking is very difficult at times.When Millersville University students are around you will have to search for parking, sometimes creating a spot in your back yard (grass).2. My largest complaint is the property management.The leasing center when I moved in 2 years ago held regular office hours.It was nice to stop in and talk to them when there was a problem or question.Now it seems the only time the leasing center is ever open is when rent is due, and sometimes they don't even have it open then.David, the proprieter, is a complete jerk.He is out to get your money and give you nothing in return.He does not listin to your concerns yet expects you to return his calls and deal with any issues he has immediatly.Upon moving out they require you to have your carpets professionaly cleaned and the walls painted (they want to see receipts for these).In my opinion, isn't this the landloards responsibility?I though that was why I was paying rent...to use the unit...not give them it back in brand new condition (they don't consider anything normal/fair wear and tear).I moved out of this complex because of the management.If this was different, I think I would be living there for several more years. |
