| Recent Review: | | They lure you in with their "luxury" image: brand new apartments, high ceilings, crown molding, hard wood floors, expensive rent, etc.However, beware: the apartments are a SCAM.The appliances are cheap, loud, and clunky, the plumbing is a mess: low water pressure and lack of hot water.The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors run their water and flush their toilet, and the windows leak heat and AC like they're free of charge.Worst of all, the management are neglectful of their own responsibilities such as providing adequate trash removal.For months, there has not been a single day when the dumpster area is not overflowing with trash.It is absolutely ATROTIOUS.I highly recommend NOT living here, as it has been an incredibly unplesant and frustrating experience. |

| Recent Review: | | Well they'll tell you alot of good, but none of the bad. For example: free heat & hot water. hope you don't work a late shift. because there is no hot water from 2am til 6am. heat is also regulated, it is free. but they control the temp. if you turn it above 68, it blows out cold air.but the lease says if you go above 68, you have to pay for. small print it.but you can't go above 68. so you better get use to sleepin in sweats all winter. cars getting vandalized. cops are always being called.people don't clean up after their dogs. and i have tracked in the house and my car. They only enforce the rules they see fit.Appliances are old and need to be replaced. Do yourself a favor, DON'T MOVE HERE!! MANAGEMENT IS FAKE. BUT THEY WILL SNOW YOU UNTIL YOU SIGN. |

| Recent Review: | | We moved in here with the expectations that we would have new carpeting, freshly painted and that the apt. would be in tip top shape...NOT!It is in the brochure that it caters to the comfort and concerns of the residents..NOT!That there is security on-site..NOT..short term leases..NOT! Corp. and furnished apts...NOT!What happened to the bubbling personnel that you first met when you saw the sample apartment then told a new company took over?Joy....then is no joy with this company....nothing but misery, deceipt, nasty attitudes and NO concern for the people of the community....just the mighty buck.The one maintenance man has been reduced to the community gofer....when it snows, the priority is for him to remove the snow rather than to perform his "normal" job in order to save the mighty buck rather than worry about him.What about such things as the dead trees, the lawn in front of us that is an ice skating pond during the winter, the overflowing trash receptables, the trash throughout the development, the natural beauty that I am sure was there according to pictures in the brochures and people we spoke to that have lived here for years.What happened to the friendly atmosphere that existed when we first came to see these apartments? |
