| Recent Review: | | NO EXAGERATIONS!! If you like to be lured in with a tour of one good apt, and receive a quite imperfect one, complete with trash under the refridgerator, welcome home. If you like propetry management that ignores specific community problems, but worries about painting speed-bumps, welcome home. If you like increasing rent due to water and pool costs, but the pool is 25 miles away at another location, welcome home. If you like "not-so-high-speed" internet in the community center, welcome home. If you like to forfiet your $400 security deposit upon moving out, due to problems with the apt. that were present upon move-in day, welcome home. If you like tenants that own more cars than he/she/they can even drive, all while an open spot to park in can't be found, welcome home.If you like your vehicle vandilized due to local youths from the YMCA next door (not the property's fault / it didn't just happen to myself, either), welcome home. There's LOTS more, but if you didn't get the point, yet, WELCOME HOME! |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments are pretty old, and not maintained very well.I had problems on a monthly basis with everything from no heat to water leaking through my ceiling.Management was very intrusive, and impossible to deal with.Parking was terrible too, and the area is very noisy being right by the high school.Dogs are now allowed, and apparently cleaning up after them is not a requirement?It's honestly hard to think of any positives. |

| Recent Review: | | I loved living here.Almost didn't want to go home!I stayed here for a while this past winter/spring, while work was being done on my house.The staff is so helpful and nice, I felt like I had some new friends before I even moved in.When my oven died in the middle of dinner, the maintenance guy was there so fast, my dinner wasn't even late.The view from my balcony was like looking out over a park - gorgeous!And I never heard my neighbors at all - not even a TV in the middle of the day!Everyone was old-fashioned neighborly - they smile & wave when they see you, and stop to chat when you are outside.Such a breath of fresh air, I really had to force myself to go home to my stale neighborhood!I recommend it to anyone who wants to live in a HOME, not just an APARTMENT. |
