Recent Review: I have lived here for 2 years and was quite satisfied during the first year but this last one has had a lot of staff turn over and I don't feel that they truly care about their tenants.Don't get me wrong they do have their good points: military clause, cat okay, snow removal, assigned parking, large apartments.They need work in the area of pest control, my whole building is infested with big black ants even during the winter and no one seems to want to do anything to stop the infestation.I also get mice on the second floor since there is a 1in gap under the door.Heating is also pricy as it is all electric and either in the ceiling or baseboard.The rent is okay but compared with other apartments they charge monthly pet rent and only one cat is allowed.They also have an additional charge for storage.
