Recent Review: The NOISE is insane...terrible construction.Rent is wayyyyyy too high for what you get.Management has been getting better except for one worthless employee who has no right being in a position where she has to deal with people, especially people that pay the kind of rent you do at Summer Chase.If there were a -7 in the ratings for noise, I'd give it a -22.Want a great place nearby...go to the Klein company apartments in Royersford...either Chestnut Pointe or Walnut Crossing.Don't let the layouts fool you...I wouldn't recommend Summer Chase to an enemy!
