| Recent Review: | | English Village management is very hard to deal with and they lie! It took me 3 months to get money owed along with many phone calls with even more excuses. I was told that a very high non refundable pet fee would be used to clean carpets at the end of the lease. Well, at the end of the leasethey cleaned the carpets and charged me an additional $250!! They informed me there was a "pet odor." I had the carpets professionally shampooed when I left. The only reason they charged was because they knew there was a cat living there. Nothing was fixed on time and messages were never returned ina timely manner. I moved to NJ where the fees are much lower (& the rent!) and the management is much more honest and professional. |

| Recent Review: | | I think this complex is great, everyone is friendly, it's quiet, tons of closet space.But I've had a cockroach problem since January.After sealing up every hole I could find, I still had them. So I pulled up the carpets under the radiators and found that the walls had large gaps all around.It looks like the walls are crumbling. There were also old roach shells and a dead few.I didn't see them until I lived here for four months, now I see them all the time.My neighbors all have them and someone I know across the complex has them too.If you can live with the occassional roach, this place is great.Everything works well and it's spotless when you move in.Maintenance is helpful and the everyone in the leasing office is friendly. |
