| Recent Review: | | The apartments are nice, when I moved in it was totally cleaned, painted, new fixtures, new ceiling fan, etc. They made sure it was nice before I got there. Location wise, it's right next to the cordova mall which is pretty much the main shopping area in pensacola.the management is professional and friendly, any time I've had a problem, it was resolved within less than 2 days. 2 parking spots right next to the apartment. Pensacola has more than it's fair share of crappy apartments, but this isnt one of them. |
