 I am subletting here for the past three months and for the most part,things are okay. No one bothers you but on the downside I don't really know anything about the people that I live with. There seems to be a few shady characters afoot but as of yet no one has bothered me. If your in the hallway you can hear what people in thier apartments but not really from your own apartment. Security is not super tight but there is someone there and the one time I needed a leak fixed- I reported it at 10 am and it was fixed by 1:00They have been nice to me and it is a good value for the location. After midnight the whole street gets pretty quiet and there are a few homeless people that hang out a block away at the 7-11. Nothing super shady,nothing super great. I have a nice sized studio and it is convienet to many things. There is NO parking that is easy to get (parking garages across the street but hard to find on street parking. Takes my guests either 1 minute out of luck or 20 minutes. Hallways sortof blah,enterance way is nice. Only 2 of three elevators in service so it can be slow but not more then a few minutes most of the time.

No dogs are allowed which is another negative.
