 Hello,I live in 223 south mathilda apartments from halsband, #9.I absolutely love my apartment.I live by myself and this is a great apartment to do so.My bedroom is huge and my queensize canopy bed fits into an alcove in my bedroom (which has an exposed brick wall with fireplace, as does the living room)My kitchen was redone and has a new refridgerator, stove, counter and cabinets.My favorite part of my eat-in kitchen is the china hutch with counter.Another good part about halsband is that the gas is included and with the outrageous gas prices in Pittsburgh, this factor helps out a lot. There was only one instance that maintence had to come which was because of a leak from days of rain in my ceiling.he called before he came and fixed my ceiling, cracked paint on the wall and replaced the lightbulb in my kitchen.You cant beat the location and the free parking in the back either!
