| Recent Review: | | Ask questions before you rent.Inspect the apartment before you sign a lease.This place is terrible.All equipment is old and the people they have working here to fix it have a little more than a high school shop class certificate.They have no doorman after 12:00 PM, but they do not tell you that when you sign your lease.A couple was held up here not too long ago at night and the office did nothing about it.But they have 3 doormen on duty in the afternoon.Go figure.The parking lot is dark and we frequently saw shady people after midnight.The manager is never around.When she is, she never smiles and walks right past people.One common thread you will hear from everyone living here is that the manager is hated by everyone.Young and old alike.She and the rest of the staff walk around like they are above evryone else.They seem to hate the people working here.I am glad to say that I have moved out and have found another rental community a few miles away.The people are great, the office staff will do anything they can to please and it is safe and secure.One last thing, parking is horrible here! |

| Recent Review: | | All I can say is this:there are a lot of good places to rent apartments- this is not one of them.If you thought your last landlord was a nightmare, wait until you sign a lease here.I can't give them a single good rating because never in my life have I been so disgusted.There is absolutely no way out of your lease for any reason, whether you have been here for 1 year or 10 years, whether you are a good tenant or a bad one.You could be moving out of the state and they will make you pay your ENTIRE LEASE AGREEMENT.Management will lie and deceive you- as they did to me.Maintenance randomly comes in to inspect your apartment (invade your privacy)- usually every few months.If you are going to be away and your car is in the parking lot, you need to provide them with keys to move it- "just in case it snows."Again- there are a lot of fabulous apartments out there.I am encouraging all possible renters and even current renters to go elsewhere and not to make the same mistake that I did. |
