						Recent Review: left. The next day my fiance and I seperated. I called them on wednesday morning and said I do not want the apartment. They told me it is too late and I am going to be approved in a few days. They told me the contract says they have the right to keep all deposit money I give them if I don't want the apartment. They never gave me any paperwork or approval and already cashed the check. They would not give me any refund at all and are not willing to compromise. I called them within 48 hours of signing and the apartment would not be ready for weeks! I complained to their superiors and they did not help me. They even avoided returning my calls! Now I must take them to small claims court and submitted a complaint to the better business bureau! I feel this situation most unfair and recommend to anybody looking at NPI properties to not give any money to them until all is approved and you are definite on moving!

						Recent Review: I am comfortable and enjoy living at Oak Forest Apartments.It is close to everything and a nice place to live.I particularly love my porch. The grounds almost always look nice and the hallways and entrances are kept clean.I have no plans to move.
