Recent Review: When me and my 4 other roomates moved in this place was a dump.Our landlord prorated our rent to pay us $8/hr an hour to clean it up so we could move in.After 6 hours or better of work we were paid for 2.After living here 3 weeks and several other things not getting done and being told that mold was normal.Just as we were getting used to living in a dump, our biggest room of the house flooded after 15 minutes of heavy rain.Needless to say...we're on a search for a new apartment.DON'T RENT!
