| Recent Review: | | Thank you for expressing your emotions on this site as you would not discuss your concerns face to face with the Landlord as time passed and your concerns developed into strong emotions.And you are apparently very unhappy.When the policies you and your co-signersagreed to follow were actually enforced, in a kindly way at first, and then according to the legal Lease Agreement, which I must follow too...then you think your "freedom"is being taken away.I am sorry you have decided to be unhappy with your choices. That is your decision to make. My Inn has been servicing students since 1988 they have benefitted from living in the nice environment I HAVE PROVIDED. Everyone who chooses to live here chooses to be responsible for cleaning part of the house in return for lower rents than would have to be charged if someone was hired to clean the house for them.And I think there is a value in having the ones who create the dirt be the ones who clean it up.As you know or may not know, I personally work very hard to maintain the large property with its gardens and lawns and updating the repairs on this Queen Anne style Victorian home. In such a vintage house, something unexpected is ALWAYS breaking or needing upgraded.All the windows have been replaced with thermal tilt-ins. There has been a new kitchen and a new bathroom with washer and dryer installed within the past couple years. I provide and launder the Common Area curtains. The walls and ceilings are washed.Each room has recently had a ceiling fan installed and extra electric outlets added. None of these things could have been improved without the rent coming in over the years.I provide all the cleansers and tools that are proper to keep the house clean; the cost is included in the rent. I have negotiated with the Cable Company to be able to provide free cable tv for each room at a much lower cost, also included in the rent. A person has been hired to shovel the snow for you at no extra charge although that is your responsibility as residents.In effortsto keep good communication channels open I have encouraged you to contact me by e-mail but you have not done so.Also I have left you notes or phone messages when you were not home but you have been unresponsive. I hope that can change starting soon.When seven unique personalities start to live togther in one home, it is normal to need to adjust and no one resident is in a position to set up a system of management and house policies. Over the years, with the help and criticism of residents I have created a successful system of management and set of House Policies. You and your co-signers read these before you applied to live here.If you do not enforce these policies, then I as the owner of the house must do so.You may not have noticed but I follow these policies too.Thank you for taking the time to read this.Mr. Schmitt |

| Recent Review: | | BANGING! SCREAMING! PARTYING!Does anyone in this apartment complex pay for their own education?Dealing with the pigs who live above us is horrific.They use the window as trash can and a toliet (to puke out of).Security is occassionally helpful in taming those savage beasts, and the management is respectful and accommodating.If you choose to live here, cross your fingers and wish for neighboors with a shred of sanity. |

THEY HAVE FREE LAUNDRY DAYS AND FEED US WITH COOKIES AND COFFEE ALL WEEK DURING FINALS.THE STAFF DOESN'T TREAT YOU LIKE STUPID LITTLE KIDS...THEY TREAT US AS ADULTS AND ARE EASY TO WORK WITH.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! |

| Recent Review: | | if looking to not share with others, price isn't bad.but...terrible bug issues.you can hear the people behind you.landlord invades privacy.kinda creepy.pushed back move in dates several times.landlord not friendly when it comes to correcting his problems and mistakes.furniture is included in rent but cheap.apartments completed in such a hurry, tar on floors.bugs bugs bugs...does he know about spraying?landlord is creepy.no security.you do get cable in the rent.apt. is small.landlord is wierd. |
