| Recent Review: | | only lived here 6 weeks but so far im thrilled. management actually cares about us! really friendly and helpful, and know me on a first name basis. of the 3 apartment communities i've ever lived in, this is a little bit more expensive, but it's also brand new, which means pretty, clean, no weird smells and NO bugs or rodents. and they put special stuff in the walls to muffle neighbor noises so it's QUIET. nm to fix so far, but the few times i've called maintenance, everything got done quickly and completely (miracle).and everyone gets a washer and dryer in their apt, so i don't have to fight anyone for the privelidge of washing my clothes. the other tenants (so far at least) seem friendly and not weird at all. they still had a lot of avaliability when i was applying for my lease, so i got to pick from 20 something floor plans! cool to practically design my own space. most were cute and you can tour them. location's awesome, right next to valley forge park, schuylkill river trail, and a river! and right off 422, which connects to 76, 202, and basically anywhere you need to go. bad things? rush hour traffic on those roads and new construction still going on here. they say they'll be done in a few months though. come for genuinely nice people, attention to detail and perfect location :) |
