| Recent Review: | | The apartments appear to be ok, until years of renting (not by choice.) I won't disclose exactly what began to occur, but it wasn't pretty. The "expert" maintenance man (according to the office) never quite fixed things thoroughly. The office acts as if providing laundry was a curteousy they provided tenants so it didn't matter that it took three runs through the dryer for a small load to dry. No, idiots, some people expect the equipment on the premises to work! The office (which it is NEVER disclosed to exactly where that is) is very cold and condescending when a request is called in. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they are one step away from being slum lords. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking at this apartment complex, run! I should point out that the realty company I deal with only owns the 800 and 900 buildings (I believe), but from what I understand, the other agencies for the other buildings, are not much better. |
