| Recent Review: | | This great apartment includes central air, a dishwasher, disposal, ceiling fan, dressing room with a sink and a washer/dryer in the bathroom.The grounds are beautifully kept, with nice lawns and flowers and no trash on the ground.The complex includes a pool and small fitness area, which has only 3 machines.Upper-level apartments include balconies, and the rooms are carpeted and freshly painted.The area is pretty safe, and there is enough parking most of the time, and other lots when they crowd up.Tenants are very quiet and friendly, although there aren't many young adults around.The kitchen is a little small and has a coil-stove, but the counters easily absorb stains that discolor the surface.The bathroom tiles are a little grimy and could be re-grouted.And although the central air is great, the electricity bills in the winter are horrible.The location is near lots of stores, although there are no really nice name brand ones in the area.The maintenance workers are friendly and reliable, although they don't respond in a timely fashion if it's not an emergency.The neighborhood is nicely kept and has beautiful houses.My apartment is the envy of my friends, who say mine is the standard by which they now go apartment-searching.The rent is also a steal if you come from a big city. |
