| Recent Review: | | They charge an outrageous amount of money for normal wear and tear, Painting, Carpet cleaning.Things that all other apartments do as normal course of business you get charged for upon move out.If you do not have a receipt for carpet cleaning, they charge you $250.00 for carpet cleaning, even if it's clean.They don't use normal paint on the walls, so even if you wash them, the paint comes off to bare drywall, they charge you $300.00 to paint the apartment when you leave.It will cost you more than your deposit when you move out.Read your lease carefully.Small bedrooms, laundry room, no storage, poor construction.Noisy in late afternoon, fighting, police. Can hear when they flush toilet downstairs.I knew every time somebody came home or left the downstairs apartment.I had mail missing regularly, and sometimes postmarked a month before.Not good. Bathroom construction very poor, faucets not grouted right or something, very loose in the tub area, stairway cracking away from walls, suppose to be new apartments, but carpet very poorly installed, and patched. |

| Recent Review: | | Tenants are extremely noisey, management refuses to do anything about it. It is hard to rest or even have some piece because of the inconsiderate assholes that reside in the upstairs apartment. There is literally no isolation so you can hear every foot step, conversation, television etc. The tenants constantly run, jump, move furniture around and argue. It actually sounds like thunder....all day every fucking day. |

| Recent Review: | | overall, everything is wonderful. The size of the apartments is good, grounds are well maintained, maintenance staff is very responsive and the office staff are attentive and friendly. I would highly suggest this location to anyone looking for an apartment in the York Area. |
