 This apartment complex seems beautiful and well-manicured, and it is!But it's WAY overpriced for the amenities and area.Contrary to what they lead you to believe (professional renters, late 20's to mid 30's), they actually rent to many very young people (early 20's) who are loud, throw regular parties, many of whom leave their trash around.
