| Recent Review: | | As a renter, I've seen alot of what NOT to do, and less than stellar apartments. While no rental can be perfect, Merritt at James Island is as close as I've ever experienced. The place is just beautiful, the apartments are well-designed with awesome kitchens, the exteriors and landscaping top-notch, and the management and staff have been incredible. They really go the extra mile to see that you are happy and at ease.As close to perfect as an apartment can be. |

| Recent Review: | | these apts. would be okay to reside in if itwasmanagedby otherthan rude,non -accomadating and people that screw up your paperwork and rent payments that callthemselves property managers. this latest one,is rude as hell,flies off the handle and is not a people person.its bad enough that the fat cow with the blond hair is still here. from what i hear the people who run this property don't have the common courtesy to return your call. they must not care either.the property manger, now accused me to my face of doing something in my apt. i did not do.thats why i am out of here. i will make sure to spread the word. |
