 Not too bad for the money - I had a 2 bedroom townhome. It was cheap, but the power bill was 200 in the summer and 225 or more in the winter. I'd rather pay more in rent for a better apt. Had my radio stolen once as well, about 5 cars got hit that night. All the Bass is off by 10pm and they do a good job of keeping the lights working. Maintenance is crappy. Heat went out on a 20 degree day and they took a week and a half to get to me, kept giving me a space heater. Then it kept breaking over and over and over. Plus the A/C froze up every summer. Units are OLD and it is obvious. Mine had linoleum tile on top of the little square tiles in the bathroom. Crappy grout job and the tiles were poping off. Everything in site was spray painted white, so the closet doors didn't want to open hardly. Place is so old you have to sign a lead paint waiver, saying they dont know if it was used there or not. Also, if you aren't home by 9pm, you WILL NOT park in front of your building. About 5 units away. Parking sucks!
