| Recent Review: | | Churchill East as well as Churchill at Pelham are absolute SLUMS!Both properties are managed by the same people. They are very eager to take your $money$ but they never fix anything. My husband and I moved into a unit that was sub-standard, to say the least. We looked at a model apartment and the manager said that they were still working on our future unit, and that it was their policy not to show a unit that is not fixed. What a cruel joke! The day that we needed to move in and return our rental truck, the unit was still a CRAPHOLE! We were very pissed-off! The manager said that we needed to fill-in the move-in condition report with everything that needed to be fixed. I'll tell you, I had writter's cramp, the list was long. The backporch and the concrete step were caving in and this was very dangerous! We fell many times on this step that was never fixed. The structural damage to the unit was horrible. The ceiling in the bedroom was caving in. We did break our lease due to the managements lack of repair to our apartment. We feel that our health and safety was jeapordized. They don't enforce any kind of noise ordinance. This means that the neighbors play their sterios as loud as they want at 3:00AM, on weeknights too.The Greeville County Sheriff's dept is always visiting Churchill East about compliants about people selling drugs, fights or noise.This place has been reviewed on consumeraffairs.com and apartmentratings.com. They will lie to your face and make promises but do nothing but collect your rent check. SLUM LORDS would decribe the management at Churchill East. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. You'll be glad that someone warned you. |

Maintanence is so slack, their to worried about getting high and drinking to worry about ur problems. | Recent Review: | | Do not, under any circumstances, rent an apartment here. The office staff is absolutely horrible...very rude, very immature, very unprofessional. Also, these apartments are not built well and noise is a problem. You will hear anything and everything that goes on in apartments surrounding yours. The parking lot doesn't have adequate parking spaces, and has extremely poor lighting. If you have to choose between living at the Vinings or living in your car, live in your car! |
