| Recent Review: | | I have been a tenant of Eastridge for many many years and I just read a review from a tenant who has lost their mind. Eastridge is a nice place to live. As far as turnover high, thats a joke, the same manager has been there for over two years, and the maint. men are great! Maybe that tenant should leave and find a better place to live, that person will be one to have problems where ever they go! |

| Recent Review: | | I hope you bring your own tools and are handy around the house. I've been here for quite a while and still have issues remaining from day one. My latest issue is a burned out light in the stairwell. I called the manager several days ago and it is still not fixed. I think we all know about caution and rape crimes that occur in unlit areas. |

| Recent Review: | | I, along with many others, have had a horrible experience at this apartment.Not only did it take about 30 minutes to get from the apartment to downtown Charleston, but the staff were horrible! When I was moving out -the leasing office and managers kept calling me at work and trying to get more money for an apartment that I had left spotless.I would NEVER live there again.It looks nice from the outside- but don't get sucked in!It was a horrible experience! |
