						Recent Review: I've been here for a while and management turnover is phenomenal! I've seen the ones that care go and the ones that ignore us stay. The apartments are old,they refuse to clean the moldy ducts,and management refuses to correct the problems, nor do they admit their mistakes! We had no pool or jacuzzi access last year for quite a while. The good.....I have a nice neighbor and now she's moving!Sincerely,Ginna B.

						Recent Review: The newly renovated and very spacious apartments are by far the best deal/location/environment you could ask for. I have lived in Hibben Ferry for a year and just resigned for another year. This is a wonderful place to live if you are new to the area and looking!
