| Recent Review: | | This Place is the absolute worst apartment complex in the nation. From the scheming management to the terrible apartments. The walls are very very thin and in a very trashy area. The place is full of drug dealers, cars being broken into nightly and high robbery rate. Apartments were being broken into weekly as well. The management consists of one scenile old lady that tries to milk as much money out of the customers as possible. The apartments are highly over charged with nothing included I highly recommend that if you are looking for an apartment in the Myrtle Beach are this is the last place to look |

| Recent Review: | | This over 200 apartment complex has one office manager and one maintenance man.The office is the size of a medium sized storage shed and inside the most unpleasant office manager in history.Am I a bad tenant. Absolutely not.My rent is paid on time every month and I do not make a sound.There has been a couple of occasions where I had a request, nothing major, and it was a bother for her to lift a finger.The woman who does not have to worry with collecting our rent, it is sent directly to the home office, and has another lady there several days to help with the phone.She got an attitude huffed around and basically had a fit like a 2 year old.But don't worry your time with contacting the home office because to them she is a God.Well word is spreading and they will find that if she is not replaced then they will not have anyone decent living in that community.I have had several conversations with many of the tenants and they have the same reaction.Business 101, Mr. Powers, treat your customers witht he utmost respect and you will have long term tenants who due pay their rent on time and take care of the property!!!! |
